General admission opens at 10:00AM
Silent Auction bidding: 10:00AM – 1:30PM
Raffle Drawing/Auction Announcements: 1:30 PM
Judging Results: 1:45PM
Admission Charged for Adults over 21:
- $20 gives you access to beer, soda, water, in addition to any food offered at each tent
- Admission is free for children under 21 accompanied by a parent
Activities:
- Chili Cook-off Competition
- Approximately 12 teams will compete for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place in Texas Chili (no beans), Chili (with beans) and our special Chef’s Choice category, An Accessory to Chili (whatever you want to go with your chili)
- Teams will also compete for Showmanship .
- Live music by Line Shack Six
- Kids Games and activities
- Silent Auction & Raffle

The raffle and silent auction are a significant part of our fundraising at this event. We have a treasure-trove of fantastic items available to bid and will announce the winners early in the afternoon, so bid early and often. We accept checks, cash or credit cards.
We strongly encourage, and truly appreciate, teams who engage their coworkers, friends and family in fundraising. To get a jump on your donation, please consider collecting funds prior to the day of the event, holding a raffle during the event, or some other creative way to involve as many folks as possible in supporting this worthy cause.
The funds raised at this event enable the Foundation to provide financial aid to individuals and families in our industry faced with medical expenses beyond their means.
