31st Annual Chili & Fajita Cook-off!

General Admission:                Starts at 10:00AM

Silent Auction:                          10:00AM – 1:30PM

Judging/Auction:                      1:30PM

Admission Fee:                         Personal contribution in the amount of your choosing to the Carl McCain Memorial Foundation 

Activities:

Chili & Fajita Cook-off Competition

Approximately 15 teams will compete for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place in chili, fajitas, and our special Chef’s Choice category (“Paint the Town Red" appetizer).  

Teams will also be competing for Showmanship & Highest Fundraising Tent Awards.

 

All you can eat samples are included in your admission fee - food, soft drinks, water and select craft beer are free.

The Silent Auction contributes a tremendous amount to the funds raised at this event.  We have a treasure-trove of fantastic items available to bid and will announce the winners early in the afternoon, so bid early and often.  We accept checks, cash or credit cards. 

 

In order to donate to your team, please follow the following instructions:

  • Click on the “Donate to Your Team” button
  • Find your team name in the Team Name listing and click on your team name
  • Your team website will come up with your team name at the top
  • Click on the weblink to your team name in the middle of the page
  • Use the Team Website that comes up to donate to your team using the DONATE NOW button
  • Select a donation amount from the boxes at the top of the page or fill in your donation amount using the “other” box by typing in the dollar amount you wish to donate
  • Fill in your personal information &  you can choose to donate by credit card or check

Also, if you want to send a link to your team page to encourage others to donate to your team, simply send them a link to your Team Website (the site with the donation boxes at the top)

 

The funds raised at this event enable the Foundation to provide financial aid to individuals and families in our industry faced with medical expenses beyond their means.
